At the initial (free) consultation, we will get to know you up close and personal to understand your ideas, thoughts, and concerns.  A master plan of your event will be created to be used as a road map, and we will also suggest a theme after determining your needs. Combining these components will allow a blueprint to be generated for your special day or event.

A letter of introduction and a follow-up letter with a detailed timeline of your special day will be sent to all wedding participants introducing them to your Event Coordinator. This is our way of informing the wedding party of all activities that will take place on your wedding day.

We offer consultation, wedding day coordination, design of church and reception décor, full-service coordination of the event, site selection, and execution of the event.  We will also assist you by providing a comprehensive package of all of the details pertaining to your special day
